I’m Amanda, a female tattoo artist in Cleveland, Ohio. I'm a goofy gal who loves drawing on people! I’ve always loved creating art, and after being blessed with my tattoo apprenticeship in 2008, I experienced the pure joy that tattooing brings me! I have the most incredible clients, and I look forward to welcoming you into my chair! I am grateful for the time I spent studying with amazing artists at both the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Cleveland Institute of Art prior to my tattoo apprenticeship. I am more than comfortable, and have lots of experience, working on all skin tones.✨️ I love to create and am not limited to fine line tattoos and ornamental pieces. I absolutely love creating pieces of loved ones' handwriting! Memorial work is such a special honor to make for you, and we will hold space for your loved ones. ❤️ I look forward to hearing your ideas and creating something customized for you! A: Yes! It is all original art made by me! Q: Will you provide custom artwork prior to booking an appointment? A: No. All artwork will be created after your appointment is booked. 🫶 ✨️ Guidelines ✨ * By Appointment. * Must be 18 or older with valid I.D. present at time of tattoo. * Limit of 1 guest to bring inside suite per client, typically. * No children or minors allowed inside suite. * No alcohol allowed inside suite. * Failure to comply will result in appointment cancellation and rules that apply. *Deposits are Non-Refundable. **If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. **Sugar & Spice Tattoo reserves the right to ban any client from booking, due to any Rude, Disrespectful or Inappropriate dialogue or behavior. 🌿 Appointment Do’s and Dont’s 🌿 ❤️ DO: * Arrive to your appointment on time, please. * Eat a full meal before coming to your appointment. * Wear loose fitting, soft clothing over body parts being tattooed. * Plan to sit still like a statue. *Silence your cell phone, and your guests' cell phones. * Plan to NOT be scrolling on your phone during your appointment. This inevitably causes movement. *Get excited for your tattoo! * Bring your current driver’s license or I.D. * Park in the Playhouse Square Garage. * Have fragrance free soap and lotion ready for aftercare. 💔 DO NOT: * Wear a lot of perfume, cologne, or smell heavily of cigarettes. * Consume alcohol before your appointment OR bring alcohol into the suite. * Plan for a tattoo if you are taking blood thinners, pregnant, or nursing. * Plan to bring more than one guest inside suite, typically. *Have loud ring tones/ distracting noises on your phone and your guests' phones. * Scroll through your phone during your tattoo. This inevitably causes movement. * Plan to go swimming, lay out in the sun, sauna, or practice hot yoga while healing. ❤️ Aftercare ❤️ 🍒 Aftercare sets are available for purchase in my suite! * Your tattoo is special to you and proper aftercare is essential! Here is how to take excellent care of it for the next 2-3 weeks. *Leave second skin bandage on as long as possible, up to a week, unless you feel itchy or you have gotten sweaty. * Remove second skin bandage while in the shower. * Wash your tattoo by hand only with fragrance free soap. * Rinse and pat dry with a clean paper towel. * Allow to air dry for 15 minutes. * Apply a THIN layer of fragrance free moisturizer, 3- 4 times per day. * Protect your tattoo with loose fitting, clean, soft clothes. * Do not scratch or pick at your tattoo no matter what! * Do not expose your tattoo to direct sunlight or tanning lights. * Do not swim, take baths, or sauna for 2 weeks. No soaking. Showers only. * Only touch your tattoo with a freshly washed, clean hand. * Rest, stay hydrated, and take care of yourself. * Your tattoo is an open wound and if not properly cared for can become infected. *Please take excellent care of your tattoo during this critical healing process of approximately 2-3 weeks. * Contact me with any questions. Cancellation Policy
Deposits will be applied to the total cost of tattoo at time of your appointment. Cancellation of appointment will result in loss of deposit. Deposits are Non-Refundable.
